I have a question for you from PARADISE

I’ve been doing some thinking in one of the most beautiful places I’ve sailed.

My thoughts are actually about you and your music.

Weirdly, it has nothing about licensing or even about Sync Songwriter (which is doing AMAZING with the results our students have got lately).

It’s based on something that happened to me that I don’t want to happen to you.

You see, I used to be an indie musician myself; long before I became an award-winning music producer.

I was in a band and we were pretty good... well to be honest, we were often told we were very good and had a promising career ahead of us.

The thing is, we didn’t know what we were doing. We stumbled from successes to failures like everyone else without a cohesive plan.

What if we knew how to attract the right producer?

What if we had used better touring strategies?

What if we had a better mindset and band dynamic?

What if we knew the best way to promote our music?

We ended up with a great manager near the end of our career (who went on to discover Avril Lavigne and propel her to stardom), but by then it was too late.

Too many wrong turns and our not-so-humble band ran out of steam for the extra mile.

If ONLY we had known better.

I don’t want you to repeat this unfortunate tale even if you aren’t in a band.

The challenges are the same!

You are a drop in a sea of music trying to be heard.

You may be the most talented songwriter the world has ever known, but if you don’t know HOW to make it happen, you’re just playing a lottery.

I’ve come up with an EPIC idea to help you jump right over this huge pitfall. All I need you to do is answer one single question for me.
